Tanauan Logistics Center - Batangas (100 ha, Phase 1: 24 ha Acquired)
In partnership with Tanauan Logistics Center, KHI is developing a 100-hectare logistics and industrial estate strategically located just 5 kilometers from the STAR Tollway, positioned between Metro Manila and Batangas Port. This prime location places the estate at the heart of Southern Luzon's supply chain corridor.
Current Status:
-24 hectares acquired as Phase 1.
-Road construction underway.
-Initial land development in progress.
Development Vision:
-Warehousing and cold storage.
-Container yards and transport terminals.
-Industrial parks for light and medium industries.
-Direct port connectivity for efficient import/export.

Free WiFi for All - Digital Inclusion Program
(General Santos, Nationwide Rollout Planned) KHI, in partnership with Juno Tech and the initiative of Hon. Lorelie Pacquiao, has implemented a Free Community WiFi Program in General Santos City. This ongoing project already connects thousands of users daily, proving that free internet access is both feasible and transformative.

For KHI, WiFi is a basic necessity as vital as housing, food, and healthcare. Digital connectivity unlocks education, livelihood, and civic participation. By starting in General Santos and planning nationwide expansion, we bridge the digital divide and commit to a future where no Filipino is left offline.

Scope:
- Ongoing deployment in General Santos with free access to up to 2,000 users per site
- 200-300 meter coverage radius per site with speeds of 5-10 Mbps
- Designed for online education, social media, e-commerce, and essential digital services
- Nationwide rollout strategy in progress, targeting urban centers, municipalities, and underserved communities

Integrated Mushroom Farm (Magalang, Pampanga) n partnership with Evotek Agro Industries Inc., KHI operates an Integrated Mushroom Farm in Magalang, Pampanga, advancing sustainable agriculture and food security. The project produces fresh, high-value mushrooms for both local consumption and future processing.

Current Status:
-Operational mushroom farm producing fresh mushrooms.
-Local employment and livelihood opportunities created in Pampanga.
-Sustainable cultivation methods using agri-waste substrates.

Future Development:
-Expansion into a 16.3-hectare agro-industrial estate.
-Installation of 200 climate-controlled growing houses to ensure consistent large-scale yields.
-Development of processing facilities for value-added mushroom products (meat alternatives, powders, pastries, and snacks).

-Provides affordable, protein-rich nutrition as a sustainable food source.
-Strengthens rural economies through job creation and farmer engagement.
