The Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program is the government’s flagship housing initiative, launched in December 2022 to help close the country’s estimated 6.5 million-unit housing backlog.
KHI leads the consolidation, financing and governance of this effort, with Keys2Prosperity Realty Development Corporation (K2P) as its designated implementation platform, aligning private capital with the need for safe, livable homes for Filipino families.

Alaminos Prosperity Residences
The template for the KHI × K2P consolidated pipeline, demonstrating rapid mobilization, turnkey financing, streamlined coordination with LGUs and DHSUD, and scalable construction systems.
A tripartite agreement was signed at DHSUD headquarters in Quezon City on 5 January 2024, followed by a groundbreaking in Barangay Bolaney. Alaminos is the blueprint for expansion across Pangasinan, Isabela, Samar, Sorsogon, Bataan and more.
