Infrastructure that helps producers preserve their goods and reach their markets.

Today, the Tanauan Logistics Center in Batangas is KHI’s major development focus. Envisioned as a 100-hectare industrial and logistics hub, this ongoing initiative brings together plans for cold-chain facilities, warehousing and the efficient movement of goods.

For KHI, the project’s connection to food security lies in the infrastructure intended to help producers preserve their goods and reach their markets. Its development requires careful coordination of commercial planning, engineering, property requirements and project management.
